SELLING YOUR HOME
As your listing agent, selling your home is my ultimate goal. However, it certainly isn’t my only concern. I work earnestly towards meeting clients’ profit targets and time frames too. As a Realtor with an extensive marketing background, I provide to you a detailed plan of how to achieve these goals. Some of the services you will receive include:
1. A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA): An analysis of recent sales and listings on the market comparable to your property. This will provide you with a realistic range of prices to assist you in listing your home.
2. A Comprehensive Marketing Plan:
• Based on market factors, a marketing plan is developed with a well defined strategy. I identify target buyers for your listings and a strategy to reach them;
• Assess the benefits of your property and neighborhood, for example, that supports the positioning of your property;
• Develop communication programs for both buyers and the Realtor community who can draw buyers to your property.
• Brochures are developed for respective targets. We can also provide professional photography and videos of your listings and have them posted on Realtor.com, Carolinahome.com, to name a few.
• Timelines are developed for each communications program. This makes for a disciplined campaign overall.
3. Status Reports: Weekly status reports that inform you of showings,any market feedback, and recommended changes to the marketing plan if needed.
4. Moving Resource Packet: I will assist you with the transition process too whether your post-sale plans take you across town or across country. For those relocating out of state, I have a national network in which to tap and share with you in helping to get you settled on the other end. Look to me as a resource for life.
